Talk on Nutritional Habits by Rota Yovanee - World Health Day

The club welcomed Rotaractor Yovanee during its statutory meeting on Monday 3rd April for a talk on Nutritional Values and Healthy Habits in context of the World Health Day. 

 

Members of the club, along with our guests, were all appraised onto how small habits can add up to make a person fit and more healthy without any sort of starving "diet" as proposed by many online forums. By understanding the function and sticking to these simple habits, one can recondition his or her body rhythm or metabolism to better absorb food and energy along the course of the day. Rotaractor Yovanee also commented onto the importance and significance of consuming food into the appropriate proportion and quantity at the different time of the day.
